All references to "you" or "your," as applicable, mean the person that accesses, uses, and/or participates in the Duelz Labs (the "Platform") in any manner ("Users"). If you use the Duelz Labs on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity. Your acceptance of the Terms of Use will be deemed an acceptance by the entity you represent, and "you" and "your" herein shall refer to such entity.
These terms of use ("Terms of Use") govern your use of our website (the "Website") and our Duelz Labs application for mobile and handheld devices (the "App"). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the "Duelz Labs." The Duelz Labs is owned and operated by Duelz Labs LLP ("Duelz Labs"), a limited liability LLP registered in India. "We," "us," and "our" herein shall refer to Duelz Labs LLP and our associates/partners/successors/permitted assigns.
Please read these Terms of Use thoroughly and carefully before you use the Duelz Labs, as they contain provisions that define your limits, legal rights, and obligations with respect to your participation in the Duelz Labs and your use of the services offered by the Duelz Labs (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy (as defined below), constitute a legally binding agreement between Duelz Labs LLP and you.
Important: By installing, downloading, or merely using the Duelz Labs and by clicking on "I have read and agree to the terms of use," you signify your acceptance of these Terms of Use and other policies of Duelz Labs LLP (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy), which takes effect on the date you download, install, or use the Services, creating a legally binding arrangement to abide by the same. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not click to affirm your acceptance. If you do not agree to any of the provisions set forth in these Terms of Use, please discontinue accessing or participating in the Services offered by the Duelz Labs immediately.

Duelz Labs LLP has established a Privacy Policy that explains to Users how their information ("User Content") is collected and stored ("Privacy Policy"). The Privacy Policy is referenced here and is incorporated into these Terms of Use. This data is collected and used for purposes including but not limited to account creation and management, facilitating bookings, fraud prevention, security, and improving user experience. All data collection and use is consistent with the disclosures made in the Google Play "Data safety" section of this App's Play Store listing. Users can review these disclosures on the official Duelz Labs App page in Google Play Store. Payment card information is processed exclusively by approved third-party payment gateways and is never stored on Duelz Labs servers.
These Terms of Use and any other document incorporated by reference are subject to modifications at any time. Duelz Labs LLP reserves the right to modify or change these Terms of Use and other policies at any time by posting changes on https://www.clubduelz.in/terms-and-conditions.
You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use and other policies to note the changes made on the Duelz Labs. If Duelz Labs LLP proposes any changes to the Terms of Use, you will be informed by a notification or a pop-up. You are expected to review the revised terms and provide your consent. If you fail to do so, your existing registration may be terminated.
You need not register with Duelz Labs LLP to simply visit and view the Duelz Labs. However, to access and participate in certain features of the Duelz Labs, you will need to create a password-protected account ("Account").
To create an Account, you must submit your name, mobile number, and/or email address through the account registration page on the Duelz Labs and create a password. You may also register for an Account using your existing social media accounts (such as Google or Facebook) and log-in credentials ("Third-Party Site Account"). An Account holder is sometimes referred to on the Duelz Labs as a "Registered User."
Use of the Duelz Labs is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent, acknowledge, and agree that you are at least 18 years of age, and that:

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and take sole responsibility for any activities under your Account. You shall notify Duelz Labs LLP immediately in case of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account. Similarly, you shall never use another's Account without prior consent from Duelz Labs LLP. You acknowledge and agree that you will be liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized use of your Account.
If the Duelz Labs App requests access to sensitive device permissions such as location, contacts, photos, or storage, such permissions are requested only when necessary for current features or functionality. You will be prompted to grant or deny such permissions, and you may withdraw consent at any time through your device settings. Duelz Labs will not use these permissions beyond what is necessary to provide the Services to you.

Duelz Labs LLP reserves the right to monitor User interactions and take necessary action in case of violations of these Terms of Use.
Duelz Labs is an independent platform that facilitates the organization of soccer matches on turfs offered by third-party providers ("Service Providers"). Duelz Labs is not owned by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any particular club, league, brand, or sporting organization.
Users acknowledge that Duelz Labs merely acts as a facilitator and matchmaker between players and Service Providers. Any references to clubs, leagues, or branded turfs on the App are for identification purposes only and do not imply any official partnership, affiliation, or sponsorship unless expressly stated in writing.

You may be required to provide your credit or debit card details to the approved payment gateways for payments. In this regard, you agree to:
The information you provide will only be used for transaction processing or when required by law. Duelz Labs expressly disclaims any liability arising from unauthorized use of your payment details.
All payments for services are made through approved payment gateways, and receipts will be issued directly by the Service Providers. Please ensure you request an invoice from the Service Providers. Duelz Labs does not handle or process any financial transactions directly and disclaims liability for issues related to payments.
We do not endorse any specific Service Providers. Users are responsible for their interactions with Service Providers, and Duelz Labs shall not be liable for any actions or omissions of the Service Providers.
Platform Evolution: The Duelz Labs platform is continually evolving, and certain features or functionalities may not be fully operational at all times. We are committed to improving the user experience, but some temporary disruptions or inaccuracies may occur.
Players participating in any sports activity organized through Duelz Labs must ensure that they are in proper physical condition to engage in the activity. Players are responsible for assessing their health, fitness, and agility before participating. Given the inherent nature of sports activities, which may involve physical contact or sudden movements, there is a risk of temporary or permanent injuries. Duelz Labs is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation. Players agree to participate at their own risk and acknowledge the possibility of injury due to the nature of the game.
Given the nature of electronic communication and the reliance on multiple data sources, there may be delays, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided on the Duelz Labs platform. Consequently, while we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all content is error-free or up to date at every moment.
We expressly disclaim all liability arising from any unauthorized use of credit or debit cards on the Duelz Labs platform. Users are advised to ensure the security of their payment methods.
The Duelz Labs platform may offer or integrate third-party services. We may collaborate with third parties to enhance the services provided to you. However, Duelz Labs does not assume responsibility for the quality, reliability, or safety of services offered by third-party providers. Users acknowledge that any engagement with third-party services is at their own risk, and Duelz Labs disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or other consequences arising from such interactions.
While we conduct basic verifications of users and turf operators listed on the platform, Duelz Labs does not provide any guarantees regarding the legal standing, creditworthiness, or authenticity of any user or service provider. Users are advised to exercise due diligence and use their judgment when interacting with others on the platform.
The content and information provided on the Duelz Labs platform are offered "as is." We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information for any particular purpose. Users are advised to consult other sources and exercise their discretion before acting on any information available on the platform.
By using the Duelz Labs platform, you acknowledge that participation in sports activities involves inherent risks. Duelz Labs merely acts as a facilitator for organizing matches and booking turfs. We shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during or as a result of such activities. Users are responsible for their own safety and must take necessary precautions.
In no event shall Duelz Labs or its partners, affiliates, employees, or agents be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from the use of the Duelz Labs platform or any third-party services accessed through it. Any refund decisions made by Duelz Labs are at our sole discretion, and our liability in such cases is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific booking in question.

Google Play Removal or App Suspension: If the Duelz Labs App is suspended, removed, or delisted from Google Play Store or any other app distribution platform due to policy violations, technical issues, or any other reason, Duelz Labs may terminate or limit Users' access to all Services available through the App. Users acknowledge that continued availability of the App on distribution platforms is not guaranteed, and Duelz Labs shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from app removal or suspension.
User content submitted to the Duelz Labs platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users consent to the collection and use of their information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from the terms to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Duelz Labs platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
